ArchiTek Corp. ( headquarters: Osaka City, President: Shuichi Takada, hereinafter referred to as “ArchiTek” ), a AI technology company that researches and develops prototype circuits for information technology systems, notifies that they have issued third-party allotment of new shares and completed raising funds for series A rounds totaling 500 million yen.
In addition to the Mirai Creation Fund ( we announcemented on March 6th, 2018 ), today, GK TechAccel Ventures, NTT DOCOMO Ventures, Inc., Mitsubishi UFJ Capital Co., Ltd. and SENSHU IKEDA CAPITAL CO.,LTD. newly joined as underwriter in this round.
As a result, ArchiTek raised a total of approximately 530 million yen in this Series A round.
